Next August, Ruby's Washer Toss Classic comes to Miramichi with a 72-team field. This afternoon is where it starts: a real tournament, run properly, with seeded pools, a live bracket, scorekeepers, and cash on the podium. The sixteen founding teams get first call when Classic registration opens, and permanent founding-team status.

Mike's Bar & Grill is giving Ruby's Washer Toss its first home: the beer garden, the kitchen, and the crowd, all season zero. Four courts, painted lines, and your lawn chair a short walk from the rail. Remember who poured for the founders.

Registration table opens at 12:00 PM sharp. Come early, settle your fee, draw your pool, and get a warm-up toss in.
